GANGGUAN PSIKIATRI PASKA STROKE

Stroke merupakan penyebab kecacatan utama di Indonesia. Berbagai kelainan paska stroke dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita. Gangguan psikiatri paska stroke mencapai 30% dan sering diabaikan sehingga memberikan tantangan untuk mengatasinya. Gangguan psikiatri paska stroke yang sering terjadi adalah depresi, kecemasan, fatigue dan apatis sedangkan yang jarang terjadi adalah psikosis, mania, dan perubahan kepribadian. Penyebab gangguan psikiatri paska stroke belum diketahui dan hubungannya dengan letak lesi tidak jelas. Diperlukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab dan uji klinis untuk pencegahan dan pengobatan gangguan tersebut Kata Kunci: Paska Stroke, Gangguan PsikiatrikReferences
