MANAGEMENT THERAPY OF HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENT WITH HYPERTENTION : CASE REPORT

Hemorrhagic stroke is a type of stroke that caused by the rupture of a blood vessel in the brain, resulting in bleeding in the brain. The main risk factor of stroke is hypertension. This case reports a male patient aged 65 years who was diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke and grade II hypertension. This patient received infusion therapy of mannitol 0.25 cc/kgBW/hour, nicardipine IV 5 mg/hour, betahistine tab 3x6 mg orally in his treatment.
