Acute Heart Failure Management in Emergency Department

Gagal jantung akut merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering dijumpai di unit gawat darurat. Gagal jantung akut didefinisikan serangan cepat dari tanda baru atau memburuknya suatu tanda gejala pada gagal jantung. Kondisi ini mengancam kehidupan dan harus ditangani dengan segera. Diagnosis mungkin tidak langsung dan kadang-kadang mungkin sulit pada pasien yang tidak dapat dibedakan. Namun, evaluasi dan diagnosis yang cepat penting untuk manajemen yang optimal dari gagal jantung akut. Dalam pembahasan ini, meninjau banyak aspek dalam mendiagnosis, mengobati, serta evaluasi pasien gagal jantung akut di unit gawat darurat. Evaluasi tersebut tidak hanya saat pasien sedang serangan saja, namun sebagai seleksi dan pengamatan atau monitor yang tepat untuk terapi serta mencegah kasus rawat kembali di rumah sakit.
