A Case Report Baby Born with Multiple Congenital Anomalies Including Ruptured Omphalocele at a Primary Healthcare

Seorang bayi lahir di fasilitas kesehatan primer dengan kelainan kongenital multipel, antara lain ruptur omfalokel, ekstrofi kloaka, dan talipes equinovarus kongenital. Diberikan rehidrasi cairan dan bayi distabilkan. Bayi dirujuk ke perawatan kesehatan tersier dan menjalani operasi untuk menutup defek, ileostomi, dan fistula mukosa. Bayi ini selamat dari operasi tetapi saat ini dalam perawatan intensif.
