Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien Pasca Serangan Jantung di RSU Kota Mataram Tahun 2019-2020

Latar belakang: Penyakit sindroma koroner akut merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya semakin meningkat tiap tahun. Dampak pasca serangan jantung adalah menurunnya kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien pasca serangan jantung.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien pasca serangan jantung di RSU Mataram tahun 2019-2020. Data karakteristik dan status merokok dikumpulkan melalui google forms menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur sedangkan data kualitas hidup menggunakan kuesioner SF-36.
Hasil: Karakteristik pasien pasca serangan jantung di RSU Mataram adalah lebih banyak laki-laki (86,7%), berusia <60 tahun (60%), status perokok (40%), diagnosis STEMI (50%), dan kualitas hidup buruk (63,6%). Tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin , usia , jenis diagnosis dan status merokok dengan kualitas hidup pasien .
Kesimpulan: Terdapat 63,6% pasien dengan kualitas hidup buruk.Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin,status merokok, usia , jenis diagnosis dengan kualitas hidup. Pasien dengan status perokok cenderung memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk pada domain peranan fisik (91,7%) dan peranan emosi (83,3%).
