Abstrak

Latar belakang : Kejadian in-stent restenosis merupakan suatu permasalahan yang terjadi pada pasien yang telah menjalankan prosedur intervensi koroner perkutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lama implantasi stent dengan kejadian in-stent restenosis bermakna pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) yang dilakukan angiografi koroner evaluasi.

Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan metode potong lintang pada pasien PJK yang dilakukan angiografi koroner evaluasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Data diperoleh dari data laboratorium kateterisasi jantung dan rekam medis pasien pada periode Januari 2018 hingga Juni 2020. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis korelatif eta dengan aplikasi statistik SPSS Ver. 26.0

Hasil : Total subjek penelitian berjumlah 89 subjek. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai p = 0,174 dan r = 0,251.

Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara lama implantasi stent dengan kejadian in-stent restenosis bermakna pada pasien PJK yang dilakukan angiografi koroner evaluasi  di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.
